We ask for basic information such as the candidate’s name, email address, and a resume or LinkedIn profile. You can also include any additional details about their skills or roles they’re interested in. If not a trouble, you can add a quick description of why you are referring them similar to a reference but a mini version 🙂 how exciting!

Yes, depending on the role and the client, there may be a referral bonus for successful placements. Details about referral bonuses will be shared during the referral process.

Our talent team will review the candidate’s profile. If the candidate matches current opportunities, we will reach out to them directly for further discussions.

No follow-up is necessary, but you can reach out to us if you want updates on the candidate’s progress. We will notify both you and the candidate if any opportunities move forward.

There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer. However, we encourage quality over quantity, and only refer candidates that meet our clients’ needs.

We primarily focus on high-cost regions like Japan, US, Canada, Europe, UAE, and Singapore, sourcing candidates for roles in functions such as IT, finance, creative, customer service, and more. The sky is the limit! We have a strong in-house experience and we are well-versed in any company structures and have dealt with multiple stakeholders across the globe!

If the candidate isn’t a match for current roles, we’ll keep their information on file and reach out when a suitable opportunity becomes available.
