About Karol

Karol has started his career in sales at the age of 16 gaining ample experience and knowledge about human psyche and behaviours. His journey took him into various places like a student program where he was going door-to-door in Texas selling educational systems for children of all ages. This humanitarian mission had 2 primary goals.

First goal was to help American children with their education, second goal was to gain very valuable sales experience in one of the most challenging sales positions. He was also a co-owner of a small, family business in Poland where he was responsible for sales, marketing and HR topics. 

The combination of his sales expertise, business acumen and experience culminated in his role at Allegis Global Solutions where he worked as an in-house Recruitment Specialist in an RPO setting for AGS’s client Coty. He covered the EMEA region with main focus on Poland, Switzerland, Netherlands and UK. Working with both blue and white collar roles on almost all levels of the corporate structure, hiring roles ranging from Warehouse Technician through sales and marketing specialists to a  Regulatory Director.

During his time at AGS, Karol helped to redefine what a Sourcing specialist is. His sales experience and an in – depth understanding of human behavior helped him foster very harmonious relationships with key stakeholders both in his team, with the client teams and most importantly, with candidates. Resulting in delivering the best talent with unparalleled excellence as he quickly became a top-performer on his team due to him combining his various experience and knowledge into a unique approach to recruitment based in the most fundamental principle in sales – How can I use my skills, talents, knowledge, products and services to be of best service to my clients? 

Fun Fact

Karol has various experiences not just in his business career but also in his academic career during which he studied simultaneously Chemistry and Religious Studies. He is a spiritual mentor and leader in his community helping anyone who is brave enough to ask for help and let the light in. 

As a Life Path advisor he helps people nurture themselves, find themselves, find their light and the inner peace that will allow them to move through their lives with the same ease leaves dance with the autumn winds.  

And also dumplings, Karol briefly worked as a chef 👨‍🍳 in a small cafe in Cracow where he literally nurtured people with the finest cuisine Poland has to offer.
