We are currently hiring Content Creators to manage and develop our social media platforms, helping us build a vibrant online presence that reflects our brand’s mission and values. If you’re creative, driven, and know how to craft compelling content, we’d love to have you onboard.
We’re also searching for a Researcher/TA Intern who can assist our talent acquisition team by speeding up our screening process. You’ll be working alongside our upcoming AI interview tools to ensure we match the right candidates with the right roles efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR technology.
In addition, we’re seeking a Lead Generation/Sales Development Representative to help manage our CRM and build our prospect pipeline. Your role will be critical in driving awareness about Substance’s unique offerings and helping us connect with businesses that can benefit from our tailored recruitment solutions. You’ll play a key part in fostering partnerships and expanding our network as we continue to grow our client base.

As a partner, you will share in the profits and equity of the company, working side by side with Deema, the Founder and CEO of Substance.
