Dylan is a first-year student at the Villanova School of Business, pursuing a degree in business administration with plans to major in finance and minor in mathematics. He supports Substance in the financial services sector, where he focuses on market research, competitor analysis, and sales enablement. Dylan is eager to apply his analytical skills to track industry trends, evaluate companies, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Outside of academics and professional work, Dylan enjoys staying active through powerlifting and rock climbing. These activities have helped him develop discipline, consistency, and a structured approach to improvement, which he applies to his work and learning.
