The Origin Story: From CareerCare to Level Up

CareerCare started as a one-woman coaching practice. Deema ran it alongside her recruitment career, working evenings, weekends, and even during lunch breaks to help jobseekers fix their CVs, sharpen their interviews, and land better roles.

When COVID hit, CareerCare became a lifeline. While many coaches struggled, Deema doubled down — building strategies that worked in a market where job postings had vanished overnight.
