Ranieri’s career began at Booking.com, where he excelled as a Customer Service Partner, honing his skills in client relations and support. He then transitioned to an in-house talent acquisition role at Flint International, where he successfully identified and recruited entry-mid level professionals. Most recently, Ranieri worked with a specialized recruitment agency, further expanding his expertise in sourcing and placing talent across various industries.
At Substance, Ranieri will focus on the industrial sector, leveraging his extensive experience to connect skilled professionals with leading companies. As a native Italian speaker, he will also play a crucial role in supporting our Italian-speaking clients and candidates, ensuring effective communication and a seamless recruitment process.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ranieri is an avid traveler with a passion for exploring new cultures and cuisines. He has a lovely dog name Lola, he loves to cook (be nice – you might get a good italian meal – taught by Nona). He has an adventurous spirit and make him a great colleague.
